Located in the exclusive Son Vida neighborhood in Palma de Mallorca, EVOQUE, designed by Jaime Salvá Architecture & Interior Design for the developer Sophisticated Projects, takes advantage of a steeply sloped plot, turning this challenge into a design opportunity. Villa Eira  is a contemporary architectural oasis nestled on the hillside of Gerakari in Zakynthos. A modern villa has been designed for these rural surroundings in the north of Limburg. “The location of this property, in the heart of the fields, surrounded by greenhouses, was the starting point for the design. The house is a glasshouse with a slate shell. The whole building inclusive sun terrace has been built on a raised plateau, so that the building is visible as a landmark above the level of the surrounding fields. Although initially the focus was on renovating one floor, ultimately all levels of the villa were addressed. Various structural adjustments were necessary to improve sightlines and create more unity between spaces. Particularly, the kitchen underwent a complete redesign. Caption This country house with a total area of 1 250 m2 is located in a Moscow suburb of Zhukovka, hidden among picturesque pine trees. It consists of two parts - a main building and a garage unit, which includes rooms for personnel and a music studio. The Unlimited villa is located in Hasht Behesht, Damavand. The site of the project is located on sloping land. So the architect decided to design a house according to the slope's land and various factors such as wind direction and sunlight.
