This country house with a total area of 1 250 m2 is located in a Moscow suburb of Zhukovka, hidden among picturesque pine trees. It consists of two parts - a main building and a garage unit, which includes rooms for personnel and a music studio.
The two buildings are joined by a canopy, allowing for a comfortable transit from the garage to the house. The house is built of a monolithic reinforced concrete frame with walls constructed of decorative bricks. The facades are clad in natural wood and porcelain tiles.
Panoramic windows (Sky Frame) blur the border between man-made and natural, allowing to weld together the landscape and the house’s interior.
Common-use areas are concentrated on the first floor - there are the living room, guest bedroom, cloakroom, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, gym, swimming pool, and sauna with hammam.
On the second floor, there are two children’s rooms with separate bathrooms and cloakrooms, a study, and a master suite consisting of a bedroom, a bathroom and two cloakrooms.
