The site is made up of two estates on the road PR-14 Km in the Ildefonso neighborhood of Coamo. This is located in the context of single-family and multi-family residential developments, as well as other recreational facilities and service components, such as: a convention center, a sports complex, schools, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants and other small businesses. Designed for nonprofit REACH Community Development, 72Foster contains 101 units of affordable housing tailored to intergenerational families in SE Portland—the first of its kind in the city. The intergenerational focus informs the building’s close proximity to transit, the mix of studio to three-bedroom units, and the project’s sustainability and affordability goals. 72Foster serves residents earning approximately 60% of Median Family Income with twenty apartments set aside for Section 8 vouchers. Olympia Place

Olympia Place is a highly sustainable, progressively designed, and privately developed student housing building in Amherst, Massachusetts, adjacent to the University of Massachusetts campus. The project consists of a new, five-story, wood-framed building that provides 232 beds for students in 73 apartments. In addition to fully furnished units ranging from studios to 4-bedroom suites, the building provides students with a double-height common space with multiple fireplaces, study rooms, breakout spaces, a lounge, a fitness center, and a staffed front desk. Rail House, a 13 unit apartment building in Columbia City, was the result of a collaboration between the client, atelierjones and Valor. The client’s goal was to build beautiful and affordable apartments near public transportation.  Beyond maximizing space within the units, the client requested that the project have a unique architectural quality to complement the diverse community. Sonoma Torre Vento

 Sonoma club is located in Valle Oriente, in Monterrey, Mexico. It has an extension of150,000 m2, of which 10,000 m2 are dedicated to sports facilities and common areas. The master plan includes 8 towers and a clubhouse, where Torre Vento is the first to be built. The 36 levels of the tower include private amenities, an event hall on the first floor, four parking stories for 150 vehicles and more than 50 warehouse spaces. It also has 50 apartment units, of which 47 are 160 to 260 m2, two sky residences with 320 to 490 m2 and a two-storey penthouse with a terrace.  More
