Tengyun Center (Tencent Cloudrise)

MAD Completes Tengyun Center (Tencent Cloudrise), the lifted core building complex at Tencent's Headquarters Campus Shenzhen, China — 2026 The world's most celebrated technology headquarters tend to share one instinct: to turn inward. Yanmar Tokyo

The reconstruction plan for the Yanmar Tokyo office on the east side of Tokyo Station, one of Japan’s most iconic train terminals. Yaesu, the business district to the east of the station, was a center for logistics by canal in the Edo era. Today, it has become a popular district with some of the best development potential in the country, with several major redevelopment projects taking root. The building bridges Tokyo Station and the Yaesu area and acts as a branding hub for Yanmar, a company that develops technology for “food production” and “energy conversion” worldwide. Its exterior and interior environment is designed to make it a suitable face for the company in this station-front location. Kawasumi・Kob... More

IVAR Academy

The client, a hydronic components and systems company, needed to renew its old offices and build a new structure to host workshops, conferences, workplaces, recreation activities and exhibitions, and that includes the loading bays too, as part of the logistics. So the aim was a building that was as flexible as possible. Furthermore, it should be very characterizing and iconic, symbolizing the spirit of the company, making it immediately recognisable. Caption Caption Caption Caption The concept started from the company's DNA (technology, innovation and dynamism), and from company's colours and logo. So the building has been designed as a big orange cube that opens itself to the surroundings through cuts in its suface. Th... More

AM INN OFFICE BUILDING

Instead of a land-intensive expansion of the BORA sites in Niederndorf, LORENZATELIERS convinced our client with a compact densification of the already developed areas near the banks of the Inn. This keeps land use low and optimizes operational processes between the two existing buildings. With up to 20m long connecting bridges to the existing AT I/II buildings, the new AT III building forms a "company campus" with short distances. The lowering of the site level around the new building by means of two green "cut walls" and the preservation or replanting of the tree lined along the Innstrasse also embed the building in a park-like environment. Christian Flatscher Office space is planned for the 5 above-ground floors, which will be avai... More

Egger

The main task here was to accommodate several functions of the office in a small space: workplaces for the employees, the training room together with a large showroom with product samples. Caption Caption The idea was to create a laconic interior in which material demonstrations for designers and architects, as well as trainings for dealers, can be held. It was very important to make high-quality lighting with different scenarios. Caption Caption In order not to stuff the space with decor, we added small elements in the form of tree cuts. It does not distract attention during the working day, doesn’t require much place  and makes an easy reference to the company's products. Caption Caption Capti... More
