Located in the rolling hills of Brianza, in the town of Merate, Province of Lecco, R2+ has designed a 250 sqm single-family residence defined by clean, minimalist geometry. The architectural composition is based on two simple volumetric operations involving a pair of rectangular volumes—one at ground level and the other on the first floor.
