L’Idiot Restaurant
Like a humble peasant of hearty constitution, L’Idiot is in touch with the origins of food its food. “A carrot is a carrot,” says client/restaurateur Fudy Chen. “I asked BAM to design a restaurant which compliments this philosophy.”

The design of L’Idiot Restaurant is an attempt to create the architectural equivalent of desirable peasant food. The directness with which the sculptural objects seem to represent and evoke parts of food runs the risk of becoming ugly. However, there is a lack of pretension; nothing is covered up. These objects, like the food, are laid bare to be enjoyed for exactly what they are.

Dziurka od klucza
Other worldKnown from Warsaw’s Powiśle district, Dziurka od Klucza has moved to a historic fort in Ursynów. Translating the intimate, romantic, and fairytale-like character that Dziurka was previously known for into a former military building — overseen by a heritage conservator, with a much larger area and a complex layout — was no small challenge.

The taste of Spain on the Baltic coast

The investors wanted the place to attract guests both during the summer season and off-season, thanks to the quality of its food and design. They dreamed of a distinctive venue that would reflect their experiences from living in Spain.

L'Osteria
Idea. Continuation of the Italian traditionL'Osteria is a German chain of Italian restaurants established in 1999. Their locations are currently located throughout Europe, primarily in Germany, but also in countries such as Austria, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, and now also in Poland. The restaurant in Mysiadle, which we had the pleasure of designing, is the second location after the one at the Koneser Vodka Factory in Warsaw's Praga district.
