Lucky Izakaya Bar

Task  To create a cozy and minimalist interior for Pan-Asian gastronomy with a casual bar like “Izakaya”. Traditionally “Izakaya” is a Japanese pub and casual place for sake drinking.   Challenges  The small area of the gastropub had to fit 58 seats, with 19 of them at the bar. Upcycling Café is about 360 square meters.It is a part of Persian Golf complex in shiraz .The main goal of designing is creating environmental , social and economic sustainability .The waste materials , existing in the location of the project and a locality of collecting wastes ,have been applied .The designing details is in such a way that employer was able to implement them without professional builder. Coffee and Dine restaurant, located on Petrogradsky Island in a renovated historical district.The restaurant comprises two areas: at the entrance guests can enjoy their coffee, take a snack or work on their laptop, while at the back of the room a nice slow lunch can be savoured. Part of the kitchen is visible so that food preparation and cooking can be observed.The original concrete and brick walls of the building have been preserved and completed with marble, metal and semi-opaque plastic. Cava Mezze Grill is a fast casual restaurant concept developed by the owners of Cava Mezze, a full service restaurant with three locations in the Washington D.C. Area. Award winning restaurant design studio, Blenheim Design, mix historic building techniques of Hakata and contemporary materials to creates unique dining experience at Shoryu Oxford.Brief was to create a modern ramen restaurant using traditional building materials 'of Oxford'. Oak, stone and bronze is a positive nod to historic Oxford, whilst Japanese elements come from illuminated rice, lanterns, bamboo and suspended sake box screens.
