Villa Luisa
Luisa is a cook and the matriarch of a very united the family.She invests most of the time commanding her restaurant with vivacity and a smile in her face. And when she finishes her long working day, she wants to rest, she wants to be at home in calm. Paradoxically that same tranquil house needs to be transformed in the weekly place for family cheerful reunions. Sundays Luisa cooks for her big family and for Christmas day even the extended family also meet at her place.The semidetached house of four floor seamed however a very narrow and dark place. Interior SS is a restyling aimed at simplifying, uniformizing and visualizing the ground floor of an existing house, last restored in the late 1990s, which had layers of very diverse overlapping additions. The presence and the particular location of strong structural elements - such as the staircase, the central column - and visible parts from previous renovation projects characterize the space. The existing house is located in a residential district in a small town near Bassano del Grappa at the foot of the Pre – Alpi Venete by the shore of the Brenta river. The house was extensively modified in the 1980s yetsuffered from a fragmented plan, poor connectivity betweenthe principal living spaces and restrictive ceiling heights.In 2013 Studio Octopi were appointed to recapture andpreserve the original proportions of the period terrace,whilst reinterpreting the layout to suit modern family living.A 10m high glass infill extension slots between thereconfigured existing closet wing and the neighbouringproperty, divided as two sash windows, it forms a doubleheight dining area at basement level and a master ensuiteat first floor. Andishe Interior Design
The”Andisheh” project has been constructed in an area of 80 square meters which is located in No. 9, Zoraghchi dead end, Nahid alley, 8th Andisheh St., Andisheh St., Tehran with the total infrastructure of 300 square meters and useful area of 190 square meters in 4 residential floors in single units, it also includes 1 floor joints i.e. parking spaces on the ground floor.
The area of each residential unit is 43 square meters which includes a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.
Date of starting the project: 3 April 2013
Date of completion of the project: 20 June 2013
The structural system of the building is steel.
The heating system of the building is radiator and the cooling system is split.

Well known minimalistic signiture design of BF Studio with traditional and modern american walnut veneer decor, with astonishing and pure clean lines, studied everything until the smallest detail in combination with Kartell and Moroso chairs. very unique and delicate feature of this project are round concrete staircase all covered in wood with no visible joints.
