On behalf of real estate developer Wereldhave, EGM architects carried out a study for an apartment complex called The Shard. The striking design, which takes the shape of a splinter, forms part of a plan around one of the shopping centres of property investor Wereldhave. Roselind Wilson Design was appointed to provide the full interior design service for this 5,500 square foot mock-Tudor property in Richmond and was delighted to be involved in this unique project on a property with such character and style.The property was built in 1920 and extended in 1960. The original Annexe was separate from the main building but after a full refurbishment, it was joined to the main house.
