This project is an extensive renovation of 3 buildings to create a new impressive and unique urban office campus. The Bridge - Resstende Srl - One Works - Mermet SAS 290 Resstende blinds were installed: 184 indoors and 106 outdoors. The real estate object of intervention is located in the southern suburbs of Milan, in the Vigentino district, where the South Agricultural Park goes deep into urbanization.The area is characterized by residential, productive and commercial settlements and has several green areas. The five existing courtyard buildings, built in the 90s with productive and tertiary use, have variable heights between the 3 and 4 above-ground floors, and a common basement to the whole complex. The design for the new Mozzanica headquarters involves the transformation of a production building into a multi functional complex organized into three main areas: offices, production and a large area for training activities and events related to safety and fire prevention systems. This work has consisted of completely rehabilitating a building in the center of Seville to turn it into a building of tourist apartments and shops. The building was the historic headquarters of Almacenes Arias, traditional weaving shop of the capital of Seville, on the pedestrian and commercial street Puente y Pellón. During its history it underwent different renovations, some due to the fire that took place in the year 75, being a heterogeneous construction materially and structurally.
