White Office Building Project. The designed structure of the building is a compact form consisting of two cuboids stacked on top of each other, close in plan dimensions, rotated 90 degrees relative to each other, and additionally shifted. Breaking the uniform cuboid emphasizes a different function for the ground floor compared to the first and second floors. Additionally, these two volumes are distinguished by the finish of the facades. “Double Side”-Shimigiah Residential Apartment was a building with no residents for years. At first, the new owner had decided to make some minor alterations in terms of improving the building’s elevations; but under the discussion between our team and the client, we could convince him to renovate all the interior and outdoor spaces.  Caption Caption The northern and southern access to the apartment was completely different. TriBeCa’s Vestry Street has a vast variety of facade configurations and building heights. Over the years, the district has evolved from textile trade to artists’ warehouses, and now, residences. Archi-Tectonics’ V33, a high-end residential condominium, unifies the historically varying building-fronts via a pixelated facade. The design team generated numerous pixelation patterns by overlaying Vestry Street’s varying facade levels. The resulting pattern is comprised of translucent stone and glass, which creates variable facade conditions throughout the course of the day. A concrete floor is laid out level with the sand. Sand from the shore is mixed into the concrete to give it the same color and reflecting qualities. Located on one of the few lots in Dallas elevated enough to enjoy a view of the downtown skyline, the five-story Vertical House rises dramatically above the treetops to capture views of the surrounding gardens and the skyline beyond. Characterized by clean lines, sheer glass walls, and sculptural sun shades, this sharply-detailed house offers an intriguing counterpoint to the tropical ambiance of its forest-like setting. The new building for the Central Fine Collection Agency (CJIB) is a striking and timeless building to house a comfortable and modern working environment. The building is open, light and transparent. The maximally open façade of the offices has a second skin to meet all the criteria for climatisation, comfort and sustainability. This second skin consists of narrow, curved glass panels and is draped around the volume like an ethereal veil. Since the building is raised above a half-sunken parking facility and has rounded corners, it seems to float about its green surroundings.
