The little town of Cully is known for its jazz festival and its magnificent landscape of vineyard terraces overlooking Lake Geneva – yet it is, at the same time, a port and fishing area, as evidenced by the new boatyard which opened in the spring of 2020. In 2015, architects Nikola Novakovic and Radovan Radoman of Enforma completed the project of renovating the interior of Villa Monja, an 18th-century stone building in the Bay of Kotor. The area has been a Unesco World Heritage Site since 1979 and therefore subject to the restrictions associated with the conservation of historic buildings. The renovation has exploited the transparency of glass to give a contemporary twist to the building, using it to separate the different areas in the structure without creating visual limitations, and to construct a minimalist staircase and landing in glass and steel. The Malt Malt whiskey distillery is the new factory, new office, and visitor center for a company named ThaiBev, the Thai food and beverage company. The project is located to the north of Thailand capital close to Kamphaeng Phet historical park, one of a UNESCO world heritage site. Designed in a style of campus, 3 functions for Visitor center, Distillery, and Warehouse.
