Lobby Interior in Dubai

Visualization by 100CGI Studio with Inc Solutions: a VR tour of the Siro One Za'abeel lobby in Dubai, 43 camera positions across 3,300 sq ft of space that did not exist yet, delivered in 28 days. 100CGI Studio 100CGI Studio 100CGI Studio An unbuilt space rules out a scan, and that puts the weight on the model. The whole environment came out of the design drawings, and every material had to hold up when somebody stops and looks closely, which is exactly what a stakeholder does in a lobby they are signing off. The tour carries 15 interactive hotspots and runs in a browser. 100CGI Studio 100CGI Studio 100CGI Studio The honest rule for panoramas is not how many, but how close together they sit. A viewer should la... More

House on Ljustero in the Stockholm Archipelago

Visualization by 100CGI Studio for a private client: a 360 tour and stills of an unbuilt house on Ljustero in the Stockholm archipelago. The tour has 87 camera positions, and six renders came with it, all delivered in 12 days. 100CGI Studio 100CGI Studio 100CGI Studio Selling off-plan runs on trust, and a floor plan builds none of it. Buyers here walked the interiors and the views of the pines before a single brick was laid. The interiors are deliberately spare, greys and blacks set against the forest, so the whole emotional argument rests on how the light from outside lands inside. 100CGI Studio 100CGI Studio A single unbuilt house is the quickest kind of tour to build. The model doubles as the render set, and th... More

Loft Office on Great Sutton Street

Visualization by 100CGI Studio for Kitt Offices: a refurbished loft office on Great Sutton Street in Clerkenwell, London, with exposed brick walls and timber roof trusses. A 360 tour with 44 camera positions and 9 stills were delivered in 14 days, while the refurbishment was still under way. 100CGI Studio 100CGI Studio 100CGI Studio A heritage building is let on atmosphere, not dimensions. No floor plan carries the warmth of old brick or the height of a roof truss, and photographs of an unfinished refurbishment show a building site. The panoramas were therefore built at 8K and tuned to run on a phone, so a tenant can get a feel for the loft from anywhere. 100CGI Studio 100CGI Studio 100CGI Studio The test is... More

Managed Office on Parker Street

Visualization by 100CGI Studio for Kitt Offices: a 900 sq ft managed office on Parker Street, London, presented in its finished Cat B state while the floor was still a site. A 360 tour with 62 camera positions and 7 stills were delivered in 14 days. 100CGI Studio 100CGI Studio 100CGI Studio Kitt's offer is speed: a tenant takes a managed office quickly. Waiting for the fit-out to finish before marketing the space would have cost weeks of that. The tour runs in a browser and covers the open-plan desks, meeting rooms and breakout lounges, so a prospect in New York could walk it as easily as one in London. Getting the lighting right is what keeps it reading as a room rather than a model. 100CGI Studio 100CGI Studio T... More

Luxury Apartment in Mayfair

Visualization by 100CGI Studio for JPW.London: a luxury apartment in Mayfair that had to be marketed before it existed in finished form. The interiors were built in 3ds Max and V-Ray from the design drawings and delivered as a 360 tour with 114 camera positions, plus 10 stills for the brochure, over 56 days. 100CGI Studio 100CGI Studio 100CGI Studio The tour replaces the first viewing: an agent sends a link instead of arranging one. A standard three-bed tour works at 40 to 50 positions, but at this level a buyer pauses in the dressing room, at the view from the bath and in the corner of the kitchen, and the space has to read correctly from each of those points. 100CGI Studio 100CGI Studio 100CGI Studio The mo... The Hickman Office Repositioning

Visualization by 100CGI Studio for Morgan Lovell on The Hickman, the repositioning of Cityside House in Aldgate, London. The building offers 78,000 sq ft over three floors, and the agents had to market it while it still looked like the old building. 100CGI Studio 100CGI Studio 100CGI Studio Repositioning is a perception problem before it is a construction one. The answer was a digital twin built in 3ds Max and V-Ray, holding the existing industrial fabric next to the new smart-building services. It was delivered as a 360 tour with 116 camera 100CGI Studio 100CGI Studio positions that runs on a phone, together with 6 stills from the same model, in 28 days. Scale changed the arithmetic less than expected. The model... More
