Visualization by 100CGI Studio for JPW.London: a luxury apartment in Mayfair that had to be marketed before it existed in finished form. The interiors were built in 3ds Max and V-Ray from the design drawings and delivered as a 360 tour with 114 camera positions, plus 10 stills for the brochure, over 56 days.
The tour replaces the first viewing: an agent sends a link instead of arranging one. A standard three-bed tour works at 40 to 50 positions, but at this level a buyer pauses in the dressing room, at the view from the bath and in the corner of the kitchen, and the space has to read correctly from each of those points.
The model also served as a design check. The architects reviewed materials and sightlines in it before anything went to order, and the stills came off the same scene.
