A) Introduction/ Overview Nestled within a quiet housing enclave in central west Singapore, the project is a 2-storey detached dwelling perched on higher ground plane from the adjacent access road. It was designed for a multi-generational Asian family (comprising of elder grandparents, their adult daughter and her immediate family of husband and 3 children), living together under one roof. Royal Arena, a 35.000 square metre venue, has just opened in the middle of a residential area, and is designed by 3XN Architects together with HKS to be a good neighbour. ABOUT Studio Guilherme Torres is a company of talents, composed by his founder and by his enfantterribles – the architects Rafael Miliari and Enrico Beer Boimond, and managed by the luxury industry specialist, Debora Atsuko. It was founded in 2001 in the city of Londrina. Ten years later, it moved to São Paulo and, nowadays, is currently crossing an important renewal phase. The Farm of 38°30° Dairy Factory

Identity The Farm 38° 30°, an iconic boutique dairy factory, derives its name from the coordinates of the site it is located in, the “38° 30° Valley of Art” in the village of Afyon Tazlar, in the province of Afyonkarahisar in Central Turkey. Located at the entrance of the valley, this dairy factory offers degustation for visitors, all the while exhibiting the production process of the dairy products of the farm. While ensuring maximum efficiency for the production line as in a “classical” cheese factory building, the boutique factory adopts a more contemporary attitude via its monumental form. Jinmao Harbour Shopping Center

Jinmao Harbour Shopping Center is a community lifestyle mall located in the core of the overall Lanhai New Harbour City at Jiaozhou Bay, the western shoreline of Qingdao. In response to the government’s plan to revive the old town district, the mall will rejuvenate the coastal landscape. Lying between a high-end residential zone and the cruise terminal, the mall offers five levels of above ground retail and two levels of basement parking. An outdoor stepped garden drives circulation to the skypark above the terminal and the seaside promenade, and connects the adjacent developments. OVERVIEW --The Capers is a mixed residential development comprising two 36-storey towers and two 5-storey blocks of residential apartments, rising from the piano nobile of a landscaped carparking podium. It is located amidst the suburban sprawl of Sentul, 5 km north of the Kuala Lumpur city-centre. It occupies 4.3 acres amongst various other land-parcels within the larger Sentul Masterplan. Center for Inclusive Education

The building shapes within the programmatic organization and adapts to the local climate and architecture. The indigenous fabric of mud brick houses in the villages of Middle Anatolian plain is the main reference. The complex is composed of an agglomeration of masses that form an inner pedestrian street inbetween. The inner street is the semi -open circulation and public spine of the campus. It also gathers the programs in a horizontal relationship and a gathering space. Two existing schools in two neighbouring locations in Maastricht are merging into a new school on a new location in that city. This particular location was chosen to strengthen the weak social structure of the two neighbourhoods and to introduce a new digital education system to learn also more about the environment, nature and sustainability. This project is the result of the cooperation between Gottlieb Paludan Architect & Urban Design One of the world’s largest biomassfuelled CHP plant has been built in an urban context in Stockholm as an extension of the existing Värtaverket. Värtaverket is surrounded by industrial, office, residential and recreational areas. 13-Nov-2017 Leaded by French Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Normandy Regional Council, this project is to create a whole new gastronomic learning center. It’s located in the heart of Saint-Lô Technopole, a 50 Ha campus dedicated tohigher education and research. The building containsinnovative tools dedicated to a more performant pedagogy whose goal is to provide qualified and skilled people to companies. Entirely clad in bricks, THE CLOUDS marks the completion of the surrounding ecodristrict, offering a reinterpretation of Paris courtyards that connects Rue des Cévennes with the park that lies in the centre of the district. The two architects imagined this walkway to favour gentle circulation on the lot, which was envisioned from the very beginning as a pedestrian oasis and a pioneer biodiversity program.
