Cabida Arquitectura is a studio of architects and designers focused on the design and management of architecture and construction projects. Our practice proposes a critical perspective on contemporary architectural production in Colombia, particularly in small, and medium, scale projects, often shaped by market logics that reduce architecture to a homogeneous product, lacking formal and conceptual depth.
From this position, the studio develops projects such as gastro-bars, housing, and domestic spaces, understood as exercises in which architecture’s own language assumes a central role. Seeking to reclaim the value of medium-scale architecture as a field for reflection, the studio approaches each project as an opportunity to engage with time, the production of atmospheres, and the incorporation of dimensions of cultural memory and landscape.
