Fruit Orchard is an interior architecture studio based in Warsaw, Poland. We work exclusively on commercial interiors, mainly offices and workplaces: headquarters, fit-outs, flex and coworking spaces, and offices inside logistics parks. We also design showrooms and other commercial spaces where people work and meet clients.
The studio was founded by Kasia Miastkowska, who came to architecture from a successful business career in media and communications. That background shapes how we work. We start from how an organisation actually operates, before we start drawing.
Our clients include leading Polish firms (Wirtualna Polska, Echo Investment, Alsendo, MLP Group) and global corporations (Haier, Royal Canin, Fieldfisher). We won numerous awards - most recently, a European Property Award, for design of flex office Cityspace NOVO. Most of our work comes from returning clients and from brokers who have seen how we run a project.
Two things run through most of our projects: designing for focus and for neurodiversity, on the assumption that an open floor should still leave room for people who cannot think in one; and reuse — keeping furniture, materials and layouts that still work.
