The Fulfilio headquarters in Łubna represents a bold departure from traditional logistics facility design. Rather than treating office space as an afterthought to warehouse operations, this project demonstrates how thoughtful design can create a cohesive, inspiring workplace that bridges the gap between corporate headquarters and industrial functionality.

Located adjacent to a major logistics center near Warsaw, the 1,200 square meter office challenges preconceptions about “warehouse-adjacent” workspaces. Instead of relegating office functions to a separate building or compromising on design quality, Fulfilio opted to create a democratic, green-filled environment where management sits alongside warehouse operations.

The layout is deliberately flat. Management sits next to the warehouse, close to the people who make the operation run, and the shared spaces are open to everyone who passes through — warehouse staff, office staff, drivers. As the project's authors, Kasia Miastkowska and Martyna Wawer, put it, the space has a democratic spirit.

"We wanted this place to actually work alongside us. We didn’t want a rigid, corporate space, but rather an open and flexible one where both our team and our clients or partners feel comfortable" - says Iwona Belhouari, Fulfilio's CFO and board member.

The defining element is the planting. Working with specialists from Plants 4 Humans, we installed more than 700 plants across the headquarters — a green wall behind reception, planted dividers through the workspace, greenery in the café. In a building surrounded by asphalt and loading bays, this does more than decorate. It is the main thing that makes the interior feel unlike its context.

The office follows the company's values rather than a corporate template: open, flexible, and comfortable for the team as well as for the clients and partners who visit.
