With the intention of preserving and respecting the nature and the neighborhood spirit of the area, the building is located away from the municipal front, creating a harmonious set with the environment.

The access is developed as a transition in which the luminous and jungle patios are discovered through the pedestrian entrance.

The first, of a recreational nature, where the pool is located and a stone wall that contains it; and the second characterized by its arboreal species, more contemplative, to which the expansions of all the dwellings give.

The plant design, developed in two main blocks of three levels (ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor), linked in an ELE shape and slightly rotated, manages to expand the space contained between them, “hugging” the wooded patio, and at the time looking for good guidelines in all Functional Units (FU). In addition, each one differs from the rest in its distribution, its visuals, and its location with respect to the complex, thus achieving unique homes in a natural environment.

All units have a spacious expansion (balcony-terrace) overlooking the wooded patio located in the heart of the lot. The surfaces of the FUs vary between 55.00 m2 and 148.00 m2.

The materiality of the building is defined by exterior walls of exposed brick, a material widely used in the constructions of the area.
The apartments have porcelain floors, interior walls with a plaster finish and exposed concrete ceilings.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, top quality countertops and furniture under and above the counter.
The bathrooms have top-quality coating, countertops, and top-of-the-line sanitary fixtures and fittings.
