Attic building in the reconstructed factory "Dawn" in Moscow. The customer spends most of his time abroad, it was necessary to create an interesting and comfortable facility in which he stops when he arrives in Moscow. The space of the attic is functional, free from unnecessary details. The color scheme of the project is formed by complex shades. The interior combines minimalism and industrial elements.

Initially, the apartment area was 65 m2, after the construction of the mezzanine the area increased to 84 m2. The kitchen was placed under the mezzanine, all the walls and the ceiling of the niche are covered with oak veneered panels, behind them are cabinets and a hidden door to the dressing room. Storage is hidden under the ceiling of the mezzanine in the dressing room. On the mezzanine there is a bedroom with a small bath with shower, the main bathroom is on the lower level with high ceilings and skylights.

The living room has a free space in front of the stained-glass window, a minimum of furniture is used. The project is filled with details: on the walls there is a photo of Kirill Ovchinnikov, in the interior there are a lot of accessories from different cultures and countries (Asia, Africa, Belgium), they are color-coded and created a single integrated image of the project, while maintaining the general idea of ​​the interior in minimalism. The main volume and the feeling from him, turned out to be a unique object for Moscow with a bright personality.
