This new edition combines the organic designs of the Desert collection with the health benefits of AirMaster® and EcoBase™ backing, offering dynamic flooring patterns while improving indoor air quality.
Inspired by nature, Desert AirMaster features a diffused, marbled pattern. Each tile is unique due to the random top layer design and two available background colors, providing endless design possibilities.
With nine neutral tones ranging from warm to cool and light to dark, complemented by three natural accent colors, this collection can create both calming and stimulating environments.

DESSO Carpet Tiles are made with 100 percent recycled PA6 yarn, containing up to 67.8 percent recycled and bio-based content, as verified by a third party. These products come with the Cradle to Cradle® Gold-certified DESSO EcoBase® backing, which is 100 percent recyclable and crafted from fully positively defined ingredients. Notably, this includes chalk that has been upcycled from the Dutch drinking water industry and pine rosin, a byproduct of the Scandinavian paper industry. Additionally, the products are constructed with ECONYL yarn, which is made from 100 percent regenerated nylon sourced from post-consumer carpet yarn and discarded fishing nets.

The new Prisjakt office in Cracow, Poland, reflects a family-oriented atmosphere, designed by Colliers Define. This project merged two previously separate office spaces into a cohesive environment with an open space layout that prioritizes comfort and transparency. Desso carpet tiles play a significant role in the office's aesthetic and functionality. The use of Desso’s Desert and Grezzo tiles, along with Shaw Dye Lab and Tarkett ID Inspirations, enhances the warmth and coziness of the Scandinavian-inspired design. These modular carpet tiles contribute to the biophilic trend by incorporating natural elements, while vibrant colors inspired by the brand's palette add visual interest. The former Bonaventura College in Roelofarendsveen has been transformed into Tech Campus De School. This new space serves as an open, informal environment for living and working while preserving the school atmosphere and the building's original character. The building now accommodates work, living, and social functions, including a public library.
The design features tactile materials such as clean masonry, clear varnished wood, steel, and polished concrete. Large windows and extensive use of glass in the interior contribute to an open and transparent feel. While the school building has largely remained intact, the interior has undergone a complete renovation, with any necessary replacements improved upon. The updated color scheme and finishes are more consistent and brighter, yet the building continues to be recognizable as a school. Additionally, the project incorporates Tarkett Desso Desert Carpet Tiles into its interior design. The characteristic materials—clean masonry, wood, and gravel concrete—have been preserved and left visible, emphasizing the building's original character.
With the growth and expansion of Karo Pharma to new markets, the organization needed a recognizable brand identity. Karo Pharma's new office in Rotterdam, designed in collaboration with AREA Occupier Solutions, features Tarkett Desso Desert Carpet Tiles as part of its interior design.
