Introducing Aabar Island, an exclusive project by COOOP Designed offering premium luxury apartment units in the vibrant heart of Abu Dhabi, UAE. Nestled along the waterfront yet seamlessly connected to the bustling boulevard, this prime location offers residents unparalleled views and access to the city's dynamic surroundings. The exotic site context posed a unique design challenge, serving as both an obstacle and a wellspring of inspiration.
Comprising a cluster of four prototype apartment buildings, each structure is meticulously crafted to provide residents with the same breath-taking views of the sea. The architectural form is a harmonious composition of cantilevered cubes, ensuring that every unit enjoys its individual vista while remaining seamlessly connected to the sea. This thoughtful design approach not only maximizes visual connectivity but also fosters a sense of serenity and tranquillity throughout the development.
At its core, the overall design is characterized by open planning, creating spacious and inviting living areas within each independent, large-scale apartment unit. From expansive living rooms to gourmet kitchens, every detail is carefully curated to enhance the residential experience and elevate the standard of luxury living in Abu Dhabi.
