Palm Villa was the first Green Village home to be constructed. It set the standard for future Green Village homes. The structure is complete with all the amenities of modern living, but designed in a new way. The living space is open and connects you to the surrounding environment, but all bedrooms can be closed at night and are air-conditioned.
