Client Background:

360 ONE is an Indian wealth management firm, headquartered in Mumbai, India. The company has a presence in 7 countries and 23 locations in India.

Client Brief:

Create an office with a defined and distinguished area that visually segregates the client hosting area and meeting rooms from the rest of the office and yet allows a visual connection to express the stability and force that works to manage the wealth of their client. 

Employees of the office should take pride in their work, stay focused and inspired at all times.

Client Expectations: 

A world class office wherein 360 ONE’s esteemed clients could be hosted to strengthen their relationship with the firm.

Challenges: 

A floor plate that was designed to be a retail space with massive volume had to be converted into a Humane space for an everyday 8 to 10 hours of usage.

Concept and Design Approach:

The overall design was worked around the following premises to meet with the client brief and expectations while resolving the challenges of the given space: 

* Maximize ingress of the natural light to keep the employees motivated at all times.
Keep the circulation of employees and visitors distinguished and unobstructed to ensure segregation.

* Add an Architectural element of a horizontal band which is a clear feature across the office separating the exposed roof and services level from the vertical surfaces below and thus making the experience of the entire office humane.

* Keep the massing gathered and away from the facade, so that there are clear vistas for anyone to view the entire office at a stretch with natural light ingress and yet by use of architectural screening elements introduced in the space one can easily identify different functions.

* Use of warm natural wooden elements that expresses the strength of a stable organization.
