Valencia-based creative firm Clap Studio crafts a quaint medicine clinic called Septiembre Clinic with a fresh, young, and experimental character. The clinic follows a non-traditional approach, standing out for its user experience, communication and interior design.
Drawing inspiration from September, from which the clinic has derived its name and Aster flowers that bloom during the period, the project features natural wooden stands with actual and conceptual flowers, symbolising a winding field of blooming Aster flowers.
Handcrafted and raw finishes result in an honest and serene space that is far from pretence. The colour palette comprises cream tones contrasting with the brand’s desaturated blue and bright yellow, complemented with natural light that emits energy into the space.
The natural wood stands representing aster flowers are designed to be removable to make space for product presentations or events. They also serve as a display for books or products, making them a unique design element.
Curtains running along the perimeter of the treatment rooms blur the boundaries and eliminate visual noise, achieving a sense of calm and well-being.
The curved shapes, soft textures, dim lighting and bold and unrestrained brand colours give the clinic a natural yet playful character that pays heed to the clinic’s identity.
