Gavel inc designs a mine-inspired, cave-shaped jewellery store for BIZOUX

BIZOUX reveals its new jewellery shop designed by Gavel inc, located in the heart of Tokyo inside the Omotesando Hills building. The store design derives its concept from a mine where jewels are born, creating a space where visitors can wander amidst beauty.

The entrance to the store is offset from the corridor and features a series of arches running till the end of the space, welcoming the visitors to get lost in the cave. The rustic arches also provide a sense of direction, encouraging the guests to enjoy their search for gems while deviating from their line of sight.

Showcases on the walls have the same colour as the gemstones to reflect the environment where a gem is born. The walls, floors, ceilings and even the display furniture feature a uniform plastering technique where the roughness of the aggravates adds a dynamic expression.

Additionally, to convey the vitality of a water source, different layers of glass portray the sense of life in the cave. In conclusion, the design effortlessly expresses the brand’s identity through a visually stunning alluring concept.
