BASALTITE® is a grey stone with some crystals of leucite immersed in a microcrystalline structure, originated from the hardening of lava in the eruption center of Bolsena – Bagnoregio (VT) Italy.
The noble grey color of BASALTITE® matches perfectly with all materials, modern or antique, like steal, wood, glass and aluminium, emphasizing their beauty and use.
BASALTITE ® SRL (set up in 2000 - Certified ISO 9001 / 14001+ OHSAS 18001) is the only company extracting BASALTITE® natural stone from its own quarry at Bolsena (Central Italy) Italy.
Blocks are quarried from banks with diamond wire, the Maximum Slab’s Dimension is 320 x 200 cm.
