CANEVAS collection, featuring embroidered wool threads, offers a perfect blend of art and everyday life. This range from GAN, the indoor brand of GANDIABLASCO, includes carpets, poufs, and cushions adorned with large-scale cross-stitch embroidery.

A Modern Take on Cross-Stitch
Designed by Charlotte Lancelot, the Canevas collection reinterprets traditional cross-stitching. Colorful wool threads are hand-stitched onto perforated felt, creating a pixelated effect. The carpets feature a lower layer of felt, hand-embroidered with a bouquet in 100 percent virgin wool, showcasing contemporary designs in soothing shades from teal to pink. Ideal for enhancing relaxation or living areas, these carpets combine comfort with high quality. The attention to detail is evident in the soft fabrics and vibrant colors, making it suitable for any room, including bedrooms and home studios.

Inspiring handmade products to reinterpret traditional techniques in contemporary design
GAN is the indoor brand of GANDIABLASCO, established in the late 1980s when José Gandía-Blasco revamped the family business. He introduced new home textile lines focused on design, leading to the founding of GAN, which emphasized rugs and contemporary design within a traditional industry. By the mid-1990s, the company expanded into outdoor furniture while continuing its commitment to rugs.
In 2004, José collaborated with Mapi Millet to further develop GAN, representing all of GANDIABLASCO's textile productions. Under Mapi’s leadership, GAN has focused on creating handmade products and innovative design techniques. GAN believes that handmade items are true luxury products and that the best way to express designers' creativity is through the expertise of skilled craftsmen. This philosophy has guided GAN since its inception, as it strives to reinterpret traditional techniques in contemporary design.
Over the years, GAN has established a production system that not only preserves tradition but also allows artisan practices to evolve, enriching contemporary design. GAN is defined by its craftsmanship, with rugs acting as dynamic elements that enhance living spaces. All products are handcrafted in India by skilled artisans using natural fibers such as cotton, linen, jute, silk, and wool.
