Constant UV radiation over many years on facades and roofs leads to reduced color gloss and intensity. The building loses its original colorful appearance, becomes drab and no longer stands out from its surroundings.
The PVDF cover coating of colofer® UV 25 provides the highest level of UV resistance class RUV 4 pursuant to EN 10169-2 as well as long-lasting color gloss and intensity. colofer® UV 25 retains its color gloss and intensity far longer than products coated with conventional polyester paints. This ensures that the original appearance of the building is retained for much longer and the colors remain solid and bright. colofer® UV 25 is also resistant to temperatures of up to 110°C. Upon request, colofer® UV 25 is also available with a protective film.
colofer® UV 25:
-Outstanding color retention (RUV 4)
-High degree of temperature resistance
-Automatic guarantee up to an altitude of 2,100 m
