Comodino TOM

The TOM Nightstand was born in Carrara. While touring the quarries for work, my eye fell upon
the piles of discarded boulders stacked along the roadside. From those rough boulders, eroded by time and by their contact with one
another, something unique is born, as if each one had its own story. TOM aims to
tell this story, breathing new life into those boulders, which until then had no
identity. The rough block is cut at the base to stabilize it, and a hole is drilled in the center to
house the metal frame, transforming it into a small side table.
