“How do people want to live now and in the future?” Developments at Inoutic / Deceuninck revolve around this basis question. Studying home living trends and people’s needs opens up state-of-the-art system solutions that particularly focus on demands for high energy efficiency and practical application. With its new product Eforte the system provider Inoutic / Deceuninck remains committed to these goals, offering a profile that boasts an outstanding Uf value and unmatched flexibility in use. With the launch of Eforte the company Inoutic / Deceuninck is the first provider to realise the excellent Uf value of 0.95 W/m²K with conventional steel reinforcement, a profile depth of 84 mm and no additional insulating elements. The Uw values achievable with this system meet the current requirements specified in the EnEV 2009 – and also those that are likely to be in the EnEV 2012. Even the passive house standard can be implemented cost-effectively with glazing that features a Ug value of 0.6 W/m²K. With the installation of special glass it is even possible to reach a Uw value of 0.64 W/m²K thus exceeding passive house standard requirements by far.
A completely new sealing system has been developed for this profile with an additional seal in the glass rebate, an engaging centre seal and new weldable, multifunctional rebate and glazing seals on the frame or sash.
The latter provides extreme watertightness and allows for a wide tolerance in the glazing. “Our know-how and expertise from many years of research have been put into this sealing concept”, comments Robert Sailer, Corporate Product Manager at Inoutic / Deceuninck. “It was our set goal to launch a low-energy profile that offers flexible installation possibilities. Characteristic features such as optimum watertightness and effective noise insulation are a matter of course in window profiles from Inoutic / Deceuninck.” To ensure functionality at its best the framed seals are made of three materials. Water runs off easily based on their flush mounting. For enhanced noise insulation and security it is possible with Eforte to install functional glass of up to 56 mm in thickness. The intelligent Eforte profile concept makes it suitable for installation in old and new buildings. “Many products on the market with good thermal insulation values often cannot be used for refurbishment projects due to their profile depth”, adds Robert Sailer. In addition to universal application, the Inoutic colour concept offers a great selection of colours and decors. The range of colours includes uni colours, wood grain decors, laminated foils of pearl-like structure or with an aluminium look. This makes it possible to accentuate different architectural styles and even facades of passive houses can be designed to suit individual tastes. Real aluminium look can be achieved with an alu-cladding – without abstaining from the advantages of a PVC window. The alu cladding is available in almost all available colours.
Slim sight lines of 120 mm, offset sashes and narrow overlaps create an aesthetic profile that is perfect in form and design. Eforte profiles can also optionally feature the Inoutic adhesive bonding technology to meet the frequent customer request for floor to ceiling elements of up to 2.6 metres.
