Our PET Lamp Eperara Siapidara are woven from the stripped down leaves of the Paja Tetara palm tree; an abundant fixture of the Cauca region where our Eperara-Siapidara artisans originate from in the West of Colombia. The artisans dye the palm strips with vibrant, natural pigments that accentuate the traditional motifs they delicately weave into the surface of the shades. They have complete freedom to apply these motifs and colours as they choose, so each PET Lamp Eperara becomes a unique expression of its creator’s whims in the moment it was woven.
