Eco-cement is the new Makro finish consisting in a peculiar natural water based mixture made up of cement, fine granules and elegant acrylic. The different colors are the result of earths, oxides and coloring pastes added to the mixture. Eco-cement doesn’t include any solvent, doesn’t produce any emission in the atmosphere and can be re-used until its exhaustion. It doesn’t require any safety at work rule even during the production phase.
It is applied through several spatula coats, until a fine granulate finish with manopesca effect is reached. This results in new and different chromatic variations, the light plays with the color and the smooth crinkles of the spatula create surprisingly innovative reflexes and effects.
The eco-cement finish can be applied on bathtubs, some cabinets and on the steambaths of the Makro collection; the slabs can be used as wall cladding.
