• Factory-prepared floor and roof assemblies coordinated with site-fitted components
  • Room layouts, openings and panel options reviewed against the intended use
  • Packing, protection and unloading requirements defined for the selected configuration
  • Building components, fit-out and destination work separated in the agreed supply scope

PQSE House manufactures and supplies flat pack container houses for project offices, accommodation and shared support rooms. The system combines factory-prepared floor and roof assemblies with steel posts, wall panels, doors and windows fitted at the destination. It gives the buyer a defined set of building components to coordinate with the site and room brief.

Planning starts with the intended room use. An open room, a divided interior and a room with bathroom need different opening positions, circulation and service routes. Panel core, thickness and finishes are selected with the required configuration. Connected or two-storey arrangements require a project-specific structural solution, together with suitable foundations, access and escape routes.

The packed building and its destination work should be reviewed together. Package dimensions, gross weight, component protection, loose accessories and the unloading method belong in the packing and handling plan. Local storage, assembly resources and the sequence for enclosure and services also need to be agreed before the shipment is booked.

PQSE House's supply scope is confirmed through the selected drawings, component schedule and quotation. Electrical items, plumbing, sanitary equipment, furniture and HVAC should be listed individually rather than assumed from an image. The gallery provides product, packing and interior configuration references; it does not document a particular completed project. Final equipment, finishes and destination responsibilities follow the agreed order.
