Flexiterre BTCˢ compressed earth blocks by Briques Technic Concept are lime-stabilised compressed earth blocks manufactured in Graulhet, France, using locally sourced clay and lime. Formed under high pressure without firing, the blocks are produced in standardised formats, including 30×20×10 cm, 30×15×10 cm, and 30×10×10 cm, and can be configured within single or double wall assemblies, including systems with integrated insulation.

The blocks combine the structural and hygroscopic properties of raw earth with the enhanced durability and technical performance provided by lime stabilisation, enabling their use in projects requiring compliance with public-sector construction standards. Their dimensional consistency supports efficient on-site assembly and compatibility with prefabricated or modular construction approaches.

From a sustainability perspective, Flexiterre BTCˢ blocks offer a significantly reduced environmental impact compared to conventional masonry. The manufacturing process avoids high-temperature firing, resulting in low embodied energy and reduced CO2 emissions. The use of mineral-based, locally sourced raw materials limits transport impacts and supports regional supply chains.
