Groutless EZPour Epoxy 158 is TERRAZZCO's latest innovative epoxy terrazzo system, designed to cure with fewer pinholes after grinding a terrazzo floor. Typically, installers will include a grouting process to fill in any voids or pinholes left from the grinding process. Groutless™ was invented to expedite completion times while saving contractors cost on material and labor. In over 50% of installation, contractors claimed that no grouting was required.

For the Navicent Health Children's Hospital, TERRAZZCO tested Groutless using recycled glass aggregates. The results were conclusive in that the installers were able to see dramatically fewer pinholes once the grinding of terrazzo was concluded.
