ImageBond TM is a new brand of specifically engineered Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) for the digital, display and signage markets developed and supplied by Spandex.
The range offers as standard a variety of colours, finishes, sizes and skin thicknesses to suit different requirements. In addition to our standard local stock offering ImageBond offers colour matches, bespoke finishes and sizes (including 2-metre wide sheets). ImageBond offers 3 product grades:
ImageBond TM is our premium quality ACM that combines two 0.3mm aluminium surface skins on a polyethylene core. This grade is specifically developed for UV digital printing and 3D applications.
ImageBond TM lite is a lighter weight option that combines two 0.21mm aluminium surface skins on a polyethylene core. This grade is specifically developed for UV digital printing and 2D applications as well as some 3D applications.
ImageBond TM ultralite is the ACM to use when you need a quality economy offering, that combines 0.15mm aluminium surface skin on a polyethylene core with a primer coating on the reverse side. This grade is ideal for flat applications and comes with a 3-year limited warranty. Both ImageBond and ImageBond lite use one of the highest grades of aluminium coil available ensuring perfect printed and cutting results together with a 5-year limited warranty.
