Wooden boards in new extraordinary dimensions.

For this new collection we have been selected wooden boards of secular trees, which a diameter from 1,20-1,40 meters, unique and rare in their kind. Thanks to a "3D graphics" and wooden boards long 2,40 meters, we have allowed to preserve and exalt all the typical characteristics of the essence of select wood: the Oak. The wooden boards offers a great variability in veins and knots, a light shape up and a differentiation in every single piece, as just happens in the natural wood. With a warm and realistic material, with essential and contemporary look, Komi is an actual and interesting collection.

Three different sizes:

40x240: the choice of this new size take inspiration from wooden boards of some famous interior design companies of international fame they usually propose, that they use couples of wide wooden boards in size 40/60 cm. Also from northern company that propose particularly long wooden boards for buildings of new conception. This length guarantees to Komi a visual continuity of veins and knottiness.

24x240: ideal size for staggered laying on the floor or on the wall. It’s a glamour and trendy size, today the architect use it for laying to the wall in combination with the large size 40x240

24x120: is the traditional size, is useful for easy and small space.

Thanks to the particular dimensions of Komi you can use it in a various laying: traditional laying into the floor and wall for modern and metropolitan space; staggered laying for traditional environments.

We take inspiration from the original essence of the Oak, and four tonalities have been created:

-          Pure: a white with light beige veins.

-          Natural: a cold Oak colour, in combine with Pure are ideal to evoke environments with northern and maritime taste.

-          Original: this color take inspiration from the original essence of the oak, it’s warm and natural.

-          Traditional: a walnut color for the traditional environments.

The naturalness of the wooden surface it becomes wealthy, thanks to the technical qualities proper of the porcelain gres that the natural product cannot guarantee: hygienic, not absorb, resistant, thermal conductibility, stain resistence.

KOMI is the name a virgin forest in the Urali's mountain, and it’s patrimony of the Unesco, it’s represent the ideal naturalness of the collection and it’s easy to pronounce.
