« The rain fell, fell for days, months, years... Everything disappeared, animals, plants, problems, designers, even the angels had wet feathers. In the dense night, we thought we could see glimmers, then lights, then bright flashes.
It was the Flos lamps, all the way from Italy. They had adapted, they were waterproof. They were no longer surviving, they were living for the sole, utmost happiness of the phosphorescent amoebas.

Technical Description
Floor lamp emitting diffused light for outdoor use. Die-cast aluminum base and pole support. Galvanized treatment of the structural parts to enhance their resistance to atmospheric agents. Chrome finish. Injection-molded polycarbonate internal diffuser and bulb-holder. External diffuser made from braided colored PVC tubes and inner frame from polyester-painted phospho-chromated aluminum tubes. Steel cataphoresis treated counterweight for effective weather resistance. Painted phosphor-chromated die-cast aluminum external diffuser cover.
