Cement based hydraulic binder which is mixed with PLANOCOLOR GRANULATES [MQ (quartz), S (silica), MR (marble), LC (light & coated), RC GLASS (recycled glass)] in order to create highly resistant to wear micro-pebble coatings on horizontal or vertical surfaces. It can also be mixed with pigments such as NOVACOLOR OXIDE or NOVACOLOR UNIVERSAL. These coatings depending on the type of granulates used in the mix can be applied as final covering also inside swimming pools. They are applied in a thickness of 6 mm (walls) and 10 – 20 mm (floors) depending on the grain size of the used granulates. The granulates used inside the mix reveal after 12 – 48 hours by means of an appropriate “washing” process with water, ACID CLEAN and/or antique brushes. The PLANOCOLOR CRT 052 surface retardant can be used during the process in order to facilitate the whole operation. Mixing ratio: 20 – 35% by weight of the dry mix.
