As a cooker hood specialist, Novy has several innovations in the pipeline that further respond to the trend toward open kitchens and planning freedom. Here, flexibility is always combined with superior design, like Novy Panorama. In this induction hob and cooker hood in one, the ventilation tower is conveniently located behind the worktop. Novy explains: ‘This arrangement not only ensures exceptionally efficient extraction at the source; at the same time there is more freedom of movement during cooking and more storage space in the cabinet beneath. Drawers up to 40 cm deep can be mounted in this cabinet.’
The handy thing about a ventilation tower in the hob is that fumes are immediately extracted at the source. The special feature of the Novy extraction tower is that it has three adjustable heights. With a choice between 10 cm, 20 cm or 30 cm height the optimal extraction at the source can be chosen depending on the height of the cooking pot. Moreover, after cooking the extraction tower disappears back into the hob. This way visual harmony is quickly restored in the kitchen and the hob can be cleaned in no time.
Novy Panorama has a powerful induction hob with four adjacent octagonal cooking zones in panorama layout. These cooking zones can of course be operated separately. In addition, thanks to the bridge function larger cooking zones can also be created. The Panorama induction hob is further distinguished by a discreet design. It is made of opaque glass, with a white slider control that lights up during use. Moreover, it can be seamlessly integrated into the worktop.
