The “eyelid” of the Highline Step light prevents glare on a person climbing the stairs, while illuminating the step. The light is small but efficient. In a stairwell, it is often sufficient to install a light on every other step. The recommended installation height is about 15-20cm from the step. The Step light also works for illuminating corridors or entries, and as an alerting lamp in rooms needed in the night time. Installing the light in the ceiling near a wall surface gives a soft, smooth light surface.
