Optigrün's Spardach is a particularly low-maintenance and cost-effective solution for extensive green roofs on flat roofs with a 0-5° inclination. Even large roof areas can be greened simply and efficiently with this system – in terms of material, installation, and maintenance, it is one of the most affordable green roof options.
With a system weight comparable to a gravel roof, the Spardach is ideal for projects with static requirements. As part of the intervention-compensation regulation, it offers an effective ecological measure. In municipalities with a split wastewater fee, the Spardach also contributes to reducing charges.
