Concord Terrazzo Company manufactures TERRAZZCO® Brand thin-set epoxy terrazzo products are on-site at our facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. We are an associate member of the National Terrazzo and Mosaic Association in thin-set epoxy resin manufacturing.

TERRAZZCO® Groutless™ EZpour Epoxy #158 matrix has been formulated to cure with fewer pin holes than other epoxy manufacturers terrazzo products which reduces the amount of labor required in the grouting phase of any terrazzo project. This factor leads to lower labor costs and lessens the time needed to finish a terrazzo floor installation.

TERRAZZCO® Brand products are produced with the intent of satisfying the U.S. Green Council’s LEED® Green Building Rating System. Our products are GREENGUARD and GREENGUARD Gold Certified, made from 100% solids and are completely VOC free which results in little to no off-gassing leading to improved air quality during installation and which is beneficial to the lifecycle of the building in which these products are installed. This factor contributes to your project’s LEED certification goals. In addition, TERRAZZCO® products are manufactured using renewable resources which can contribute to even greater LEED points.

Combine TERRAZZCO® Groutless™ EZPour Epoxy 158 or other epoxy resin products with locally sourced and/or recycled aggregates to create the perfect environmentally-friendly flooring surfaces in a commercial or residential space. In addition to our line of TERRAZZCO® Brand epoxy resins, TERRAZZCO® also manufactures a multitude of “green” friendly terrazzo sealers, strippers and cleaners.

A benefit of using TERRAZZCO® Brand epoxy is the ability to tint our thin-set epoxy matrix to match almost any color possible. As a result, this provides designers and architects a full-color spectrum and limitless design capabilities.
