Sections extruded from aluminum alloy specification 6063T6 in compliance with BS EN 755- 9:2001. 44mm profiles depth assembled with polyamide thermal break to BS EN IS0 9001 and structurally bonded to glass.
Standard glass specification, hermetically sealed double glazed units to BS EN 1279. 30mm silicone sealed unit with 14mm argon filled cavity, comprising of 10mm toughened outer pane and inner pane of 6mm toughened soft coat low E glass to achieve a centre pane u-value of 1.1W/m²K. Glass toughened to Kite marked BS EN 12150 and BS EN 12600 Class 1. Additional glazing options and products available. Glass specification varies depending on product.
Finishes: Profiles powder coated to Qualicoat Standard guidelines (encompassing BS EN 12206- 1:2004). Unlimited choice of colours and finishes available including marine grade.
