One of Karim Rashid's latest great works can be found in Vertex, a family of ultra-contemporary and sculpted in&out design furniture designed for the firm Vondom.
The Vertex collection of designer furniture is formed by a set of tables and chair, whose triangular planes are dynamically joined to create comfortable shapes that adapt to the body. Pieces suitable for use at dinner parties, meeting rooms, banquets, classrooms or other casual needs. Vertex appears to be created from a ‘single’ block of material, forming a more structural, more beautiful piece.
The Vertex collection has been created to integrate a more conceptual architectural piece into our space, thus adding a more sophisticated touch.
The pieces are manufactured using the rotational moulding technique; the main characteristic of this process is that the material is 100% recyclable and infinite possibilities in terms of shapes can be produced.
