Resident Common Area Modernization

Searl Lamaster Howe Architects  •  Interior Architects

Searl Lamaster Howe was engaged to update this iconic 1990 high rise condominium building's public spaces, which consist of three lobbies, meeting rooms, managment offices, restrooms, and common corridors on multiple floors. Interior selections were carefully selected to complement yet subdue the building's original bold marble and mahogany finishes which were to be maintained.
