The client had rented a property which was a single car parking garage. place being small and trapezium in shape had its own challenges. Also being anon construction zone, we had to convert what we already have into best what we could do.
The biggest advantage of the place was that it was situated on one of the main roads of Srinagar on the banks of River Jhelum. So we decided to use the view of the surroundings to our advantage.
Because of the space constraint, we, together with the client, decided that we should keep the lower floor as the kitchen+take away and upper floor for the service.
