The project takes origin from the owners needs to expand their apartment of 150 square meters on the sixth floor with the terrace of 140 square meters, recovering the attic of their property. We decided to leave full-height living area for the sake of the beautiful view and lighting purpose. A cantilevered staircase with glass balustrade leads to the upper floor featuring a large reading area with a central fireplace and a bedroom with wardrobe and a private bathroom. The sixth floor features a charming living area with kitchen, a bedroom, a study and a master bathroom. The entrance, very spacious, is furnished by containers cabinets that serve as storage rooms. A large terrace paved in teak with a spacious roof garden makes a beautiful setting to the entire apartment.
