Located in the up and coming neighborhood of Red Hook Brooklyn, 202 Coffey will be large-scale adaptive re-use of an existing Brooklyn Industrial Warehouse into a Global Hub for Art, Creativity, Fashion, Design and Events. 120,000 of existing warehouse space will be transformed into contemporary studios, office and events space that will reflect the existing industrial character of the building.
